Who I Am
My name is Mike Herrold and I am a full-time taxidermist and owner of Flying Arrow TAXIDERMY, LLC. I am a 1996 graduate of Kutztown University with a Bachelor's Degree in English/Professional Writing. I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Sharon, for over 25 years. I enjoy hunting, fishing, antiquing and spending time with family and friends. In 2017, after spending over 20 years in the insurance industry, I decided it was time for a change and so I made the difficult decision to leave my career behind and set out on a new journey. I then attended Bill Allen's Pocono Institute of Taxidermy. Upon graduation in May 2018, I opened my own taxidermy shop, Flying Arrow TAXIDERMY, LLC. I thank you for your busines and continued support and I look forward to bringing your trophy back to life.
